IMO which is worth a grain of salt in the dead sea. Humans are good at over estimating. The AI revolution has happened already. There won't be super general intelligence. Just better automation tools. Most of the headline grabbing break throughs have been clever PR or half truths. Hugging face wasn't hacked by rouge openAI models, it was a cyber security group from Israel been allowed to use state of the art LLMs as an exercise in what can be done.

People seem to forget that all data centres and telecom exchange buildings have off switches.

I think the majority of apps will be set up for agent access. We humans will request something from the agent and it will be completed as needed on the fly. We will still have information similar to CNN and The New York Times but many of the SaaS sites will be mostly used by agents while servicing our requests or their needs. I fear that we will be more isolated from each other since we will get many more services at home and work hours will be reduced.

I don't think websites are going away, any more than facebook "killed the website" 20 years ago.

We will need to make everything accessible to agents and humans though because you'll never know if you're dealing with a human, an agent, a human driving an agent, or an agent driving a human.

I think we'll probably be working to increase value, having that value split disproportionally between us and our employers, and using our split of that value in order to fulfill our basic needs.

Or we'll be at war with a super intelligence.

Or we'll be pets or slaves of a super intelligence.

    Or we'll not be.

    One of the four, probably.
