Way to go. No perma rent to pay for inflated priced parts and labor after paying for the tractor.

You can already buy tractors like that from Kubota, a company that has been around for 136 years. I would just do that and avoid the risk of the new company going under and being stuck without spare parts.

This company reminds me of other companies that rebrand an existing idea and try to sell investors on the idea that it’s a new thing. Directional boring becomes ‘microtunneling’ and some startup thinks they’re revolutionizing a mature product that has been around for decades, they improve the process slightly but it’s much more expensive.

Well Kubora is Japanese and not local to that region. My search shows that the given tractor company is using a well known engine with no digital components as well as common components with max availability. There is a market for it in Alberta.

FWIW Kubota has 1100 dealerships that stock parts across North America.

I’ll leave it at that, I see where this discussion is going and I have no interest in taking it there.

I own a Kubota and it’s a lovely machine, but I’m also happy to see companies like this trying to solve a problem.

"Assembled" in Alberta, but imported from China... shouldn't it just be the Chinese ODM beating their chest?
