    Oh, you mean where the bill for the rhetoric around mass job losses and danger to society come due?

    Maybe they could instead plot the day before, where they commit to stop working against the interests of the public. Perhaps they can frame it as an alignment issue.

      No actually the pause thing is a ruse to cover up the fact that training has hit a wall and to justify the IPO numbers.

    Why do Altman and Amodei seem to think that they'll escape punishment if a "warning shot" that kills Americans were actually to come to pass? Certainly in a just society they'd be on trial already.
