I’m not sure why the abbreviations were used. California and China.

Yep, sometimes it comes out clean, sometimes it leads to ambiguity (i.e. CA could be California or Canada) - I try to keep that in mind with substitutions

I saw that one but it wasn't clear why it was dead - I assumed bad source so OK to repost
The source was official, but seems to be an effort to suppress certain PRC/CCP news articles… no complaints you repost, overjoy you did.
All the other CEOs doing this got to meet with the president of the unites states. He forgot to make a donation to the ballroom.
