Fun fact: Semiconductor fabrications lines all use universal bone dissolvers to etch silicon dioxide layers. It dissolves nervous systems too, so if exposed, you only need to get your bones replaced if you had a small enough dose that you didn't die.

Fortunately, there's enough safety equipment and procedures that bone-dissolving incidents are extremely rare and residents rarely care if there's semiconductor fabrication facility nearby, caring much less than if there's a facility simply running a bunch of semiconductors that are already built.

I don't really get the metaphor here. What is the reasoning for the name Universal Bone Dissolver? Is it trying to imply the only purpose is harmful and negative?

I cancelled Netflix subscription. They sent an email requesting me to pause the subscription. Looks like pause is in fashion.

Don't be a Luddite. Universal Bone Dissolution is the future whether you like it or not, you just have to accept it. What are a few bones in the name of progress? You probably weren't even using all of yours.

If you lose your job you can just become a bone donor. You get a sweet t-shirt too!
