I currently pay $10 per year for email that also lets me send. I can't see paying over double that for half the functionality.
Not being able to reply makes this service useless for me. Sometimes you need to be able to reply to support messages with the email you signed up with.
It doesnt say anywhere if it works with email clients.
I can't read much of the text on your site. Grey text on a grey background is not accessible. (Which makes third party client use even more important.)

It seems like a good idea, but when I enter my credit card don't I lose my privacy? Btw, the Sign up button at the bottom of the page does not work.
