I’m curious to see where this goes. Right now, when it comes to tech, Apple is basically a guarantee of quality. I honestly don’t know anything more reliable.

New CEO is the former head of hardware so hopefully quality shouldn't decline.

I say hopefully despite not been an Apple user (I have a couple of ipads, they are good for reading/watching documentaries) for the most part but I like that they exist, they force the PC world to compete which is good as a consumer.

I think the hardware quality and innovation is safe under the new CEO, and I hope he can push for software quality improvements.

I think for that to happen we may need to replace one or two VP’s. But hey, maybe in the next MacOS Apple has used Claude to work through all the bugs and deferred optimizations.
