Despite the scope being advertised as Copilot Cloud Agent, merging PRs not using it is blocked.

They just did a blog post about that outage, yet here we are another one afterwards. This is what an actual platform looks like that is in decline.
This time there is now CEO of GitHub to help. The only thing you can do is to self host instead as I said 6 years ago.
