What they’re arguing is that Africa is better off with China-made solar vs European or American bullt power plants.
Well not really as these days powerplants also come from China as they are cheaper.
Colobialism either way no?
depends on if it is a one time purchase or you also have to buy fuel for them, solar is a one and done kind of deal, no need to purchase petrol from belligerents
