Succeeded where Shkreli and SBF failed. Under the right circumstances, you can outrun the consequences.
If by "right circumstances", you mean having your banker, Howard Lutnick, become US Secretary of Commerce, then yes. Otherwise, I'd say only outright corruption can save you from cryptocurrency consequences.
