      I wonder how many of these "operatives" were hired by the company knowing they were sketchy and likely some kind of foreign illegal worker, but didn't care because otherwise they will have to pay more for a legal worker.

      Its almost like farms hiring large groups of illegals every year then acting surprised and like victims when the group gets reported and deported suddenly.
