When I was using, the answer was always "more." It was great at first, but as I habituated to each dose level, I was prescribed more and more until I reached the legal limit.
At which point, I habituated again, got none of the benefits from using it, but if I tried to stop taking it, I went into the same kind of withdrawal a meth addict does: dopamine crash. Nothing in life gave me any pleasure. Took years to come back to normal.
Used to take 10mg throughout middle school, high school, and some college
Was prescribed for ADD
Glad I got off it
When preparing my morning shake, I open the pill bottle and add `er all, like the name says.

One 20mg tablet daily. Life-changing for those of us who actually need it.
