I have multiple friends that have switched to linux for new computers instead of dealing with windows 11. It is a small number, that I know personally, but I don't see why there wouldn't be more.
I'm not sure "windowslatest.com" is an objective, authoritative source for this.
They actually do have good writers, though the website name isn't the best.
