    I don't know that knowing whether the potential client has read your proposal has any bearing on the actions you would take or the decisions you would make, so it seems like noise.

    Regardless of whether the potential client has read your proposal, when you don't hear anything for days, you have to follow up, person-to-person. If you don't get any responses, that is a response: they're just not that into you or your proposal.

      Ha — unintentional, but I'll take it. ApéroCraft does pair well with a proposal sent before dinner with a drink. lol
