It's refreshing that you don't want to start an unprofitable business. That would reduce your take-up.
What kind of bidness?
Transport Tycoon, a standard Oil company, Fertilizer company, Car manufacturer, etc.
If you're already a major shareholder in one of these type industries it would probably help a lot.
