Whereas the cynic in me would usually nod and carry on, this isn't actually what I've been seeing recently.
My weekly limit resets at 10am on Monday. My current (Sat, 11am) usage is 23% used. Now I regularly used to run out of credit on a Saturday, about a month or so ago, but I've actually been thinking of reducing the package to the 10x because recently I've been nowhere near.
This is with 3-4 agents constantly (even when I'm asleep) working away - it's hard to get them to do a full nights work, but I generally leave them with Big Problem^TM to solve overnight and we take it from where they left it in the morning. Sometimes they've even done it....
