when your body gets used to gravity on Mars which is less than earth and you return, your body will be weaker (in addition to the risks of space radiation)
The other solution is to get there faster. The most likely candidate, for get there faster, is some form of nuclear powered propulsion.
Almost as if NASA had an idea to use nuclear propulsion...
