    Meetings with shared frosted glass (with the MeetingGlass app) can be a great solution for this. It is relaxed meetings with mutual visibility and frosting, like when using a physical frosted glass. It feels a lot more comfortable and a lot friendlier than meetings using the mainstream video apps. Maybe invisible teammates will be willing to become visible with frosted-glass video meetings.

    Accidental 1:1s with random people is something I'm really missing. It helped me to have much more context about what's going on in the company. And no remote tool has solved it yet. I mean, we tried to do random Zoom 1:1s, but it's not the same as bumping into someone by the coffee machine.
