I'm guessing I'm not the only one in this community with a MSI EdgeXpert. If you have one then all firmware updates have been skipped due to misconfigured Linux Vendor Firmware Service (LVFS) metadata for the EdgeXpert firmware. I reported it to MSI and they responded very quickly. It should be fixed soon.
This PSA is two part:
1. Soon MSI EdgeXpert firmware updates will start
2. Since firmware updates were never possible I'd be cautious about being the first one to install them!
