    You know a publicly traded company has to have fiduciary responsibility to its stakeholders.

    That being said it seems financially negligent to force employees back into the office if its going to cause negative productivity or as the article says "cause your star employees to quit".

      Every indicator says that shareholders or managers have no idea what improves or degrades productivity, unfortunately. It’s all based on vibes. Executives get the benefit of the doubt.
