    IBM is cited as an example. IBM have been on a long (10+ year) campaign to eliminate experienced talent globally, though the only apparent change is an intent to hire entry level talent in the US. They previously focused almost exclusively on entry level hires in India.

    it's a catch 22, everyone knows that we need to grow talent from young, but board/investors/owners/etc are pressuring for a short term gains.

    it is actually might be a good indicator that company is not doing too good
