This is not new. They announced this last month. Mario was aqui hired by earendil. They are putting resources towards development of Pi agent.
So far looking good for Pi. Website has been thoroughly polished in the last week or so.
So Pi is still being maintained by Mario?
Yes. Mario is still “at the helm”, but with help from a team now.
