Read “Linux Foundation” in the article and it made me chuckle. Didn’t expect them to solve this problem.
Honestly I’ve long thought versioned repos would be best distributed over torrents
But I know corporations might be adverse
There’s also ghcr but I’m sure the storage bill is gonna be wild
