    This is going to help clear the deadwood. There just aren't many leaders who have the skills to build and launch great products. Most have just failed upwards playing the game of internal politics

      The thing about voluntary redundancies is that they tend to be taken by the people with the best outside prospects. Only the deadwood remains.
