    I heard it speculated that it's the top priority of moving infra to Azure, and the underlying issues therein. This headline sounds like what Microslop wants us to believe.

      It can be both :) My experience with Azure is very poor compared to AWS. But I don't doubt that ai slop is ramping up github usage like never before.

        I'd agree it's a bit of both, but raw commit numbers are meaningless without context.

        If you sample Show HN, you'll see examples with a big first commit and then 13 iterations on the README, no actions. There's at least one there right now with a quick skim and click through. If this kind of usage pattern is the source of downtime... I should probably sell my stock, probably should regardless
