    We've been running administrator.de – one of Germany's largest IT communities – for years and kept hitting the same problem: visitors ask the same questions over and over, support doesn't scale, and nobody finds what they're looking for.

    So we built this. It's a chat widget that sits on your website and answers visitor questions from your own knowledge base using RAG. You upload text, scan URLs, or add PDFs – the assistant only answers from that. No hallucinations, no generic internet results.

    Every plan includes unlimited conversations. No per-message fees, no per-resolution charges. Pricing is €39–€250/mo depending on knowledge base size. We keep it affordable through a direct partnership with our data center and AI provider.
