Github has had problems for 24 hours or so. Yesterday I was getting "secondary rate limit" errors. Just now I followed a link to a github repository which displayed correctly. Clicking on a source file to view the contents got a generic error message. Reloading the page then got the secondary rate limit error.

Clicking on a source file to view the contents got a generic error message. Reloading the page then got the secondary rate limit error.
It seems like GitHub is experiencing some kind of issue that's causing the servers to be down.
