Ideally at least a few pages in length. I'm trying to limit scroll reading by printing out talks, lectures, long form articles that lend themselves well to paper. But, I don't know where to find these gems like the linked one that showed in today's Tony Hoare main thread.
I've watched many interviews of the legends and they are all good. You can "start a crawl" from Bell Labs or a list of the most influential people in Computer Science. Reading their papers is also a good time. The writing style is so much more interesting than what we have today (re: arxiv style)

So what's your favorite(s)?
