A few years ago I worked somewhere toxic. Not dramatic, screaming-boss toxic. Just the quiet kind, where feedback never existed. Good work went unacknowledged, problems were whispered about, and when something did get said directly it usually came out wrong.

People left. Trust was never there. I kept thinking: this isn't complicated to fix. People just need a low-friction way to tell each other how things are going.

So I built Trustle. You form a circle of people, give each other short honest reviews, and the other person can reflect and reply. That's more or less it. I was almost embarrassed by how straightforward it was, but the simple version actually works.

If you've ever been somewhere nobody says the right thing to the right person at the right time, you'll know how much damage that does quietly over time.
