      Available doesn’t mean instant healing from routing breaks. When there is a break, the internet on both sides continue to function but are inaccessible to each other.

      It's a pretty niche region. It's about 20% more expensive than other major regions so I think it's unlikely to be a core part of most large deployments. That being said, we did hear about it and continue to track it.

    Looks like Portland (pdx1) build "servers" are failing which makes all our enhanced builds fail. Washington (iad1) works.
