At the moment the hand isn't auto-sorted by suit, and there's no manual sort toggle yet. That's a real usability gap for Hearts, and it shouldn't have shipped like that.
Adding proper suit-based sorting (and a manual toggle) is now at the top of my list.

The cards aren't sorted by suit, and I saw no way to do so. Hearts really isn't playable if you cannot organize your cards.
