Oh I was about to post this as well. This has been one of the best CES in many years.
Not just Dell, Samsung and ASUS and nearly all laptops got major build quality upgrade that is finally catching up to Apple's quality in many areas. Finally paying attention to speakers, keyboard, trackpad, cooling, things that dont usually end up on benchmarks or numbers on spec but matters in terms of user experience.
Then there is TV set Tandem OLED, and RGB LED. Display Screen Tech hasn't been this exciting for a long time. And Smart LEGO.
Dell have announced the return of XPS.
Fairly limited specs available so far, but more are coming, including a developer edition - which ships with Ubuntu 24.10.
Current configs are limited to 32GB of RAM, which is a little low, but hopefully that will increase with future iterations.
They also got rid of the SD Card slot. Which I actually still use.
