I wish! We used to have Polygon which was commercial but at least had all the deets, all the time. Now they've sold to a content mill.
Strangely, most other game devs I know don't even know about HN, either.
It's a weird corner of the software world!
I guess many use twatter to stay up to date or promote but a GN would be so much better.
