    Before takeoff, on the runway, you smell that toxic gas building up in the cabin? Yeah, probably not good for you.

    Got sick after a flight? "Catch a microbe" from a neighbor? Doubtful. You're just releasing the exhaust poisons you breathed in the cabin (through mucous, etc).

    Northwestern, take note!
