    I always get a bit bothered when someone leaves a company after a huge release. Apple just did a huge UI overhaul of all platforms. There are a lot of lessons to learn over the next several years. Instead of learning those lessons going to Meta likely means repeating a lot of the same mistakes… at least that’s what I’ve often seen.

    I do like that his replacement at Apple has been at Apple for over 25 years. So this may be good for Apple. I hope he brings some of those old values back that Apple’s UI seems to have lost.
