Likewise, I still use a physical one at home and at my workspace. However, I always find myself resorting to the digital version when trying to jot down ideas and checklists while discussing my work at the office (my colleague's desk or in the meeting room) or even grocery shopping.
As much as I love the digital one, I find this digital version quite useful for one time notes or checklists, while still being able to find them later in the archive.
I still use sticky notes, important ones resurface as new notes or during review of the pile. The review is worth it
crumpling them up and throwing them away when they are done is powerful psychologically too
wouldn't want to leave them for a digital version
