I found this today while trying to figure out why Google blacklisted the entire domain I use to self-host a few services for my family.
It links though to a blog post, but there are users in the Reddit thread claiming the same issue with various self-hosted services. The blog post is here:
I spent about 4 hours trying to figure out if I had a compromised service before I realized it's a lazy false positive. Does anyone know where I send the bill for my time? Lol.

I would guess some user site got flagged for bad content, affevring the whole domain.
The immich.cloud domain should be added to the Public Suffix List, which is the industry solution for this situation of user-controlled subdomains.
