I like it. There will inevitably be one product that will do a bait snd switch or rug pull in the future, but it’s good to bring visibility for their present state. I’ve been looking for something like Ente for a while and I don’t know why this is the first time I’ve heard of it.

I just worry that some techbros see this as a growth hack and abuse the system. It being in HN you know someone somewhere is already putting this in their back pocket for future use.

I would love to see this expand. In the meantime, are there any comprehensive guides or directories for a building a privacy-first personal tech stack?

This is nice. I really like Kagi and while I don’t really need something like Ente, I’ll probably end up signing up for other services highlighted here.

How would one get into Kagi Specials? I've got a privacy-focused form builder.

It's in the post, search for "quick form".

Wonder how that "zero-knowlege ai" works.

Looks like Ente has a max paid plan of 2000 GB? No way to go above it?

The page posted doesn't include the latest addition to specials which was posted on their Discord and visible here https://kagi.com/specials.

Which to save you a click it's https://notesnook.com/. It's an E2EE notes app. It seems a little rough around the edges but they've got the spirit. Like if you create a new note and open with a code block I can't find any way to type text after it without inserting a horizontal rule typing after that and then deleting the rule. You don't get highlighting or completion with math blocks which seems a necessary ergonomic feature on mobile but overall pretty good.

Just keep hitting enter. It exits the code block the third time
