    Really interesting. I think the idea of pivoting is a huge skill, but maybe it's not highlighted enough (especially as the process of building becomes easier). Taking a step back and looking at what you've already built from different angles, for various use cases, until one of them clicks more is key. Then, just sell it that way. If it doesn’t work, repeat. Essentially, it’s about repeating the process, but with the flexibility and adaptability to shape your product for the SaaS world. A cardinal mindset for building, a mutable mind for flexibility and adaptability.
