People talk about stuff with more ease than they write. There is a lot of knowledge in peoples’ heads that you wont find written online.
As a businessperson, you need to go where your customers are. If that's social media, that's where you need to be. Not all demographics are there, though, so you need to know who your customers are to know the best place to find them.
