    That's one of the best reports on mercury exposure I've read, but note I'm not in the toxicology business so I'm not across all the literature.

    My interest comes from that I eat a lot of fish, in fact I'd consume it about 3:1 over other meats which means I'd likely be close to the weekly recommended limit for the intake of MeHg.

    I've been meaning for a while now but next time I have a blood test I'll also ask the Dr to check my Hg levels. I'd make sense to know if one's over or within the recommended limit.

    BTW, from my first dental appointment when a kid until about 15 years ago most of my fillings were amalgam. Without prompting I've since noticed that dentists aren't using amalgam anymore. That makes sense although I've noticed that the newer composite non-Hg fillings don't 'wear' as well as does amalgam.
