    Why else did they practice internet shut down, but to ensure they understood adversarial risk before weaponising it?

    I wonder if Huawei might actually be defensively useful here because God knows if there's a hole in junos or Cisco ios then it's going to be used.

      Russian FSB/GRU were very unprofessional on English soil, that’s why they are trying to hire people with criminal backgrounds for many dirty tasks.
