It makes literally no sense that a company be punished for internal growth. The FTC/DOJ needs to go after acquisitions that cause unfair advantages, not software that the company created themselves.
I mean can they be a little more creative and go after Google for interviewing THOUSANDS of companies pretending they are interested in an acquisition, and instead just find out all their secrets and then cause them to fold?
