I am old enough to remember when the central library in a city had reasonably current telephone books for every city from New York to Los Angeles. Now, this didn't have age and voting history, but it had telephone number and address.

And when I got my name in the telephone book, I did not consider that I was being doxed, but rather that I was getting somewhere in grown-up life.

Yeah, I think it's a real stretch to call what that website does "doxing". Voter rolls are public record, after all. I suspect that a lot of people are somehow unaware of what data is public record (and has been for longer than I've been alive). Things like your driver's license and car registration, real estate holdings, etc.
