      He used the situation to downsize the business, he just didn't realize his strategy forced out the people worth keeping.

    The article also quotes Mullenweg saying, "We’ve seen a huge boost in businesses". Anyone know if that's true business? I'm thinking it's the business Automattic stole from WP Engine when they took their ACF plugin and cut off WPEngine.
