Source seems to be actually trying the iOS 18.2 beta. How certain is it that the Beta is actually representative of the release? Maybe it’s just global in the beta and will be EU only again in the final release?
Maybe, but it'd be exceptionally odd for Apple's release notes riddled with EU specific wording to specifically mention 2 additions to be available worldwide to silently only be applicable worldwide during the beta period.
