    I can't read the article, but it appears that the abortion clinics mention is to trigger an emotional reaction, as the tool clearly works "everywhere" (which should trigger an even stronger response and garner interest and outrage from literally anyone, including the most ardent pro-life supporter, but whatever).

        Law depends on who wins elections. People win elections when they offer solutions to one fundamental question:

        "Is a fetus, a person, and if so, should termination be legal?"

        Everything follows from that question. That question cannot be solved by law.
